As the Daniel Barden Mudfest plans its return this spring after a two-year hiatus due to COVID-19, it is important to take a moment to express appreciation for those who have continuously supported Mudfest and the Barden Adventure Scholarship. One such supporter has been the Hamilton College men’s hockey team.
Before the pandemic hit, the team held a Daniel Barden Mudfest Night at one of their games. They dedicated the game to Mudfest, and team members’ parents held a bake sale during the game, with all proceeds donated to Mudfest. Additionally, they presented Mudfest organizer Dan Williams with a custom-made jersey (pictured) before the start of the game.
“The Hamilton College men’s hockey team is the true embodiment of class and giving,” said Williams, adding, “They give me immense hope for the future.”
